The second bus paper I've written for the same professors, this paper was a tough one. There was a lot of information about the Berkeley opposition but nowhere near as much about the San Leandro end of the line. I focused my research on on the changes to the ends of the lines as a gauge of public support and interest, as well as citizen engagement.

Overview of the evolution of key transport institutions and policies at the metropolitan, state, and federal levels. Assessment of the current challenges facing regional transport systems and evaluation of different planning and policy approaches proposed to improve the performance of regional transport systems.
